My name is Rebecca Wilhite and I am a caregiver and the founder of Advice 2 Caregivers.
I have been taking care of my Mother since 2003 when she fell, broke her hip and became bed ridden. At that time she was 85 years old and I was 60. I didn’t know how I was going to do this, all I knew is that I had to because, God told me I should. I had to quit my job and make taking care of my Mother my full time job.
After the encouragement of our family Physician I decided to start writing this blog. You will find helpful hints, resources for supplies, my personal experiences with I must say raw emotion as I am still living everyday as a caregiver. I encourage you to write me and ask questions, write me and ask for prayer.
I have had many Doctors tell me that due to my care is the reason my Mother is still here but, I give all credit to God because, I know that without Him, we can do nothing.
