The Caregiver

I have shared a lot with you about my mother and I will do this from time to time but I want to take some time to talk about you the caregiver.
Caregivers have needs also, we need to take care of ourselves so we can take care of our loved ones.
Maybe you can learn a lesson from me. I have not done a good job taking care of myself. I will be honest with you, I have not. I have been to busy taking care of my mother and felt I did not have time for myself. I know I should have done better but I did not. In Proverbs 19:20 it says hear counsel and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter-end.
