Take Care Of Yourself!

Caregivers have needs also, we need to take care of ourselves so we can take care of our loved ones.
Maybe you can learn a lesson from me. I have not done a good job taking care of myself. I will be honest with you, I have not. I have been to busy taking care of my mother and felt I did not have time for myself. I know I should have done better but I did not.
In Proverbs 19:20 it says, "Hear counsel and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter-end. "
